Santa Fe & Southwestern

I model the El Paso Subdivision of the Santa Fe. Scenery is typical of the area between Belen, New Mexico southward toward El Paso. It follows the Sante Fe prototype around 1953.  Scenery is very much White Sands - Las Cruces area. I used some photos from the area for backdrops. Steam isn't quite dead but diesels are appearing. The end-of-line turntable behind the Farmer's Supply Company at Hermosa and the turntable in the engine service facility at Belen are decoder equipped for operation.
